Recitation goals:

The objectives of Quranic recitation that the teacher seeks to achieve are as follows:

1- Getting closer to God Almighty by reciting His Book, contemplating it, learning it and teaching it, for that is worship.

2- Knowing the correct way to recite the Qur’an.

3- Mastering the provisions of intonation, and giving each letter its right and due.

4- Paying attention to movements, strokes, and rules of recitation considered by the people of Tajweed.

Conservation goals:

The objectives of memorizing the Book of God Almighty within the Qur’anic circles are represented in the following matters:

1- Obtaining reward from God Almighty by memorizing His Book.

2- Mastering the power and durability of memorization.

3- Getting rid of hesitation or doubt in the order of the verses when recitation.

4- Gaining the ability to call to God Almighty.

5- Increasing the blackness of memorizing the Book of God in contemporary reality.

6- Obtaining material and moral incentives offered by charitable organizations.

7- Building God’s mosques with imams who memorize the Book of God meticulously, instead of appointing imams who only memorize a little. Rather, this is a common goal. It is also a cognitive, heart and behavioral goal that must be represented by the imam of the mosque.

Cognitive goals:

1- That the students know that the Qur’an is the word of God.

2- That the students know that the Qur’an is the first source of Islamic legislation.

3- That the students know how to recite the correct and proven version of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.

4- That students know the rules of intonation and distinguish between them.

5- That the students know the Qur’anic terminology and the etiquette of recitation.

6- That the students know the rulings that are included in the verses they are learning and their general meaning.

7- That the students know the meanings of the vocabulary mentioned in the Qur’an, so that they acquire linguistic and stylistic wealth.

8- That the students know the names of the prophets mentioned in the Qur’an and some of their advocacy positions.

9- That the students know the reasons for the revelation of the verses and their relevance.

10- The student should specify the rules of intonation required from the verses he has studied and he wants to memorize them.

11- That the students become able to link between the meanings of the verses that the teacher explains and their meanings in other verses.

12- That the students know that the Qur’an is a way of life.

13- The student should identify the names of the most famous commentators among the companions and followers.

14- The student should name some of the considered books of interpretation.

Cardiac goals:

1- The student should show humility when reciting or listening to the Qur’an.

2- To show emotion on his face when reciting the verses of the Qur’an that contain threats and intimidation.

3- That joy and happiness appear on the features of the learner when mentioning Paradise and its bliss, and what God has prepared for His servants.

4- The student should recite the Holy Qur’an a lot, desiring to be rewarded.

5- That the learner is certain that the Holy Qur’an is the last of the heavenly books.

6- That the learner glorifies the Holy Qur’an; Because it is the word of the Lord of the worlds.

8- To find in himself a sincere desire to work according to the Qur’anic verses with all sincerity and love.

9- To increase students’ faith and enthusiasm towards the Holy Quran.

behavioral goals:

1- The learner should adhere to the etiquette of the Qur’anic circle.

2- To observe the etiquette of the mosque, and to ensure its cleanliness.

3- The student should master the recitation of the Holy Quran.

4- The student should be proficient in working with the provisions of intonation, such as exaltation, tarqiq, tamd, and the rulings of nun sakinah and tanween.

5- The student should recite in good manners with his teachers and colleagues inside and outside the Quranic circle.

6- That the learner obeys the teachings of the Qur’an in his behavior and does not contradict them.

7- That the students meditate on the Holy Qur’an, and this is one of their characteristics when reciting.

8- The students should practice the stages of recitation (reciting, reciting, turning) while adhering to the rules of intonation.

9- That the students adhere to the attendance times for the Quranic circle.

10- That the students take the positions of the prophets as an admonition, lesson and example.

11- To work to revive the methodology of the righteous predecessors in reception and action 1.
